All our facilities are in operation respecting the capacity set by the legislation and the implementation of measures to reduce contagion.

All our sanitary blocks are in operation. Like the rest of the facilities, they have a reduced capacity. We count on your help to respect this capacity at the instructions of our staff.

Our strict cleaning protocols have been reinforced with the use of new products and an increase in the frequency of cleaning them.

Yes. They are open during their regular hours.

Control of capacity in the access. Capacity limited by law of 50%. On Saturdays and Sundays there are two pre-assigned pool shifts (you cannot choose a shift). With hours from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Upon arrival, the assigned shift will be informed at reception each day as they are alternate shifts. From Monday to Thursday the use of the pool will be without shifts.

At the entrance we have hydroalcoholic gel for hand disinfection.

The contact surfaces (hammocks, shower buttons and floor) will be disinfected by our staff during the operation of the facilities. There will also be the possibility that each client can disinfect the hammocks with products at their disposal before use.

Maintenance of water treatment protocols and thus guarantee the quality of the bath water by carrying out several daily controls.

 

Yes. Outdoor activities and groups of maximum 25 people will be encouraged. Check our weekly program HERE

We have reinforced our cleaning system, the Bungalow is allowed to air for 24 hours from the last stay and then it is thoroughly cleaned with approved COVID neutralizing products. The dishes will be cleaned in the dishwasher at more than 60º. All bedding and towels are cleaned at more than 60º, the guarantee is total.

The access of visits will depend on the occupation and capacity of the moment. Although at the moment only daily days are accepted. For more information consult our reception department

 

Yes, the supermarket is open during its normal hours.

 
Yes, it is operative during normal hours. During the journey, the use of a mask will be mandatory as it is not possible to maintain the social distance. You can check the schedules on our website by clicking HERE
 

At the moment with the entry into force of the OM from May 20 its use is mandatory in all public places where social distancing cannot be maintained. Therefore, its use in the supermarket, reception office, mini club and in some areas will be mandatory. Its use in the client’s plot or bungalow will not be compulsory. Nor will its use on the streets be compulsory unless it is very crowded

Yes, they are open at normal hours. Always respecting gauging, safety distances and following the recommendations of our staff.

 
 

The pool is reserved for clients staying on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, however, from Monday to Thursday we sell tickets on days when we do not have full capacity. You have to call in the day to ask us, and the prices are € 10 for adults and € 8 for children.
